What is daily routine?

The greek word of daily routine is kathimeriní routína

Every day life, daily life or routine life comprises the ways in which people typically act,  think, and feel on a daily basics. Everyday life may be described as meendon , routine, natural,  habitual,  or normal. Human durability means most people sleep at least part of the night and night and are active in daytime.

Why daily routine is important?

Better stress levels lead to improved mental health more time to relax and less anxiety. A lack of healthy stress management techniques can put at greater risk for heart disease and negatively impact your overall health. Better sleep will leave you refreshed.  Your daily routine Influence your quality of rest.

Here are 8 habits of the most productive leaders,  all of which you can implement into your own life.

1. Getting Enough Sleep.

Getting enough sleep has many benefits.  It can help you : get sick less often. Stay at a healthy weight. Lower your risk for serious health problems,  like diabetes and heart disease.

2. Rise Early.

Everyone has heard the famous quote, "early to bed, early to rise, makes man, healthy, wealthy and wise" I believe that this quote is true and most of the Successful people rise early.  Well, I am morning person who loves to get up early in the morning.  I get up at around 6 am every morning. 

3. Meditate Daily. 

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a techniques - such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity - to train attention and awareness,  and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state... Meditation is practiced in numerous religions tradition.

4. Workout (no matter how you do it).

1: a practice or exercise to test or improve one's fitness or athletic competition,  ability  or performance. 2: a test of one's ability,  capacity,  stamina or suitability.  3: a problem undertaking or plan intended to resolve a problem of indebtedness especially in lieu of bankruptcy or foreclosure proceedings.

5. Eat a Good Breakfast. 

For the most nutritious breakfast,  try to choose whole, unprocessed food from each of the five food groups: fruits ,vegetables,  grains, proteins foods like dairy. Try to include proteins from food like yogurt ( look for varieties with less sugar added) , eggs, nuts and seeds or legumes.

6. Take a Nap.

To sleep for a short period of time separate from one's primary period of sleeping,  especially in the middle of the day. I think you should go take a nap.

7. Don't Waste Time To Commuting. 

Everyday we allocate some good chunk of our free time for memes, social media, reading emails,  reading news, etc. These activities do not require significant attention span. So, you could use your commuting time to do all these activities given you're not going to do them after your commute hours.

8. Take Breaks To Re- Re- Energize. 

Taking breaks is important for those working from home. Otherwise,  you risk of burning yourself out and cabin fever. It's what people describe as...
